They show up with a good size crew, on time and do as they said they will. Finding good contractors in the Florida Keys is hard. I have never been disappointed with PPD.

While we were building, we lived on the premises, which means we were around the workers from the company every day for many months. The men working for this company were polite, respectful, and helpful. Never a problem. They worked hard every day. The work they did on our house was outstanding. I’m very happy with our interior walls, painting job, stucco, and the final finish on the house. I love the frames around the windows and the extra decorative designs that my architectural plans called for. With PPD company, I didn’t have to worry about anything. They are very qualified and have excellent crews to do the work.  They work as long a needed to complete the job and have a huge staff for large jobs.  You can’t go wrong with them. PPD was not the lowest bid for the work but we chose them because they provided the best expertise and knowledge of all the various stucco types, finishes and proper application processes — true professionals. Our job required a lot of coordination with other contractors and a high level of craftsmanship to achieve the level of finish we were trying to achieve. PPD always did exactly what they said that were going to do on time and on budget. Their knowledge of stucco and craftsmanship are worth paying for. My 1960's Concrete house was full  surface imperfections that would show through any new paint job so I decided to call PPD to see if a stucco resurfacing might be a better solution. The team at PPD was very responsive and professional from the first phone call to the last. Originally I got several estimates from other contractors but I ultimately chose PPD because they seemed the most knowledgeable and "hungry" for the job and because they recommended a product called Stolit which is applied over the scratch coat that comes in several colors which seals the concrete and you never have to paint again . I'm so pleased with their work and very satisfied with the outcome. My house now looks brand new and I've received many compliments from my neighbors who were also watching the house progress and they all mentioned how thorough and efficiently they worked. PPD did everything the said they would and in the time they quoted me and I couldn't be happier. I'm always skeptical when hiring new contractors because so many over promise and under deliver but not with PPD, from set up to clean up they did a great job and I highly recommend them for your next project large or small. Thanks PPD, well done !
