Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before participating in the advertising campaign (“Current Campaign in website”). By participating in the Campaign, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- Eligibility:
1.1 The Campaign is open to individuals who meet the eligibility criteria specified in the Professional Plastering Designs, Inc. (PPD) Campaign announcement or promotional material.
1.2 Employees, representatives, agents, and affiliates of PPD, as well as their immediate family members, are eligible to participate.
2. Campaign Period:
2.1 The Campaign period will be clearly specified in the Campaign announcement or promotional material.
2.2 Contacts received before or after the Campaign period will not be accepted.
3. How to Participate:
3.1 Participation requirements and instructions will be provided in the Campaign announcement or promotional material by Professional Plastering Designs, Inc. (PPD).
3.2 The participation must be submitted in the specified format and via the designated platform or method.
3.3 Each participant may submit only one entry unless otherwise specified.
4. Intellectual Property:
4.1 By submitting an entry, you represent and warrant that you are the sole creator and owner of the submitted information or that you have obtained all necessary permissions and licenses for its use.
4.2 By participating in the Campaign, you grant Professional Plastering Designs, Inc. (PPD) a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, and display your entry in any media for promotional purposes.
5. Selection and Notification of Winners:
5.1 Winners will be selected based on the criteria outlined in the Campaign announcement or promotional material.
5.2 Winners will be notified via the contact information provided during the entry submission process.
5.3 If a selected winner does not respond within a specified period or fails to meet the eligibility criteria, an alternate winner may be chosen.
6. Prizes, Promotions and/or Discounts:
6.1 Prizes, Promotions and/or Discounts, will be specified in the Campaign announcement or promotional material.
6.2 Prizes, Promotions and/or Discounts, are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
7. Publicity:
7.1 By participating in the Campaign, you consent to the use of your information for promotional purposes without further compensation or notification, unless prohibited by law.
8. Liability and Indemnification:
8.1 Professional Plastering Designs, Inc. (PPD) and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, injuries, or claims arising out of or in connection with the Campaign or the use of any Prizes, Promotions and/or Discounts.
8.2 Participants agree to indemnify and hold the advertising company harmless from any third-party claims arising from their participation in the Campaign or the use of their entry.
9. Modification or Termination:
9.1 The advertising company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice.
9.2 In the event of any dispute regarding the conduct or administration of the Campaign, the decision of the advertising company shall be final and binding.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
10.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida.
10.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Campaign shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Florida.
By participating in the Campaign, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply may result in disqualification from the Campaign.
