Terms & Conditions – Promotion
- 5% for Renewal + 1% for each additional service:
- Painting
- Spray Deck
- Pool Plastering
- Drywall Repair
- Framing Repair
- Stucco Repair
- Concrete Repair
- T&G (Tongue and Groove) Repair
- The promotion does not apply to ongoing projects or closed contracts.
- The promotion is valid only from March 19th to April 30th, 2025.
- The promotion applies only to estimates initiated between March 19th and April 30th, 2025.
- If the promotion has expired on the indicated dates (see point 3), the “Spring Break” promotion will still be honored after its expiration, as long as the estimate was initiated within the valid promotional period.
- No more than two discounts can be applied to the same project (e.g., “Black Friday Discount” and “September Promotion”).
- If more than one promotion is available (e.g., “Black Friday: 8% Discount” and “September Promotion: 4% Discount”), only the highest discount will apply (e.g., only the “Black Friday: 8% Discount” will be valid).
- The maximum possible discount applies only to estimates up to $60,000 USD. Beyond this amount, the discount will not increase.
- Example: A 5% discount on a $60,000 USD estimate equals a $3,000 USD discount. If the estimate exceeds $60,000 USD (e.g., $80,000 USD), the maximum discount will remain $3,000 USD.
- The same applies to a 10% discount for a second service: On a $60,000 USD estimate, the discount is $6,000 USD. If the estimate is $80,000 USD, the maximum discount will still be $6,000 USD.
- If a promotional discount was applied and a contract was signed during the promotional period, and the client later decides to add another service within the same period, only the additional 1% discount will apply to the new service.
- Example: If a customer contracts Exterior Painting as the first service, they receive a 5% discount. If they add Drywall Repair to the same estimate and contract, an additional 1% discount applies, totaling 6% off the total amount.
- However, if after a few days/weeks the client decides to add Concrete Repair under a new estimate, only a 1% discount will apply to this new service, as it is considered a separate estimate and does not meet the conditions outlined in point 7.
