PPD was not the lowest bid for the work but we chose them because they provided the best expertise and knowledge of all the various stucco types, finishes and proper application processes — true professionals. My 1960's Concrete house was full surface imperfections that would show through any new paint job so I decided to call PPD to see if a stucco resurfacing might be a better solution. The team at PPD was very responsive and professional from the first phone call to the last. Originally I got several estimates from other contractors but I ultimately chose PPD because they seemed the most knowledgeable and "hungry" for the job and because they recommended a product called Stolit which is applied over the scratch coat that comes in several colors which seals the concrete and you never have to paint again . I'm so pleased with their work and very satisfied with the outcome. My house now looks brand new and I've received many compliments from my neighbors who were also watching the house progress and they all mentioned how thorough and efficiently they worked. PPD did everything the said they would and in the time they quoted me and I couldn't be happier. I'm always skeptical when hiring new contractors because so many over promise and under deliver but not with PPD, from set up to clean up they did a great job and I highly recommend them for your next project large or small.
